John Radcliffe Hospital, Headley Way, Headington, Oxford OX3 9DU

The JR is about three miles to the east of Oxford city centre and is the main hospital for accidents and emergencies as well as trauma, surgery, medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology and cardiac services. A separate children's hospital within the site opened in 2007, along with a West Wing extension to the main hospital. The JR also houses departments of the Oxford University Clinical School as well as Oxford Brookes University's School of Health Care. Map.

The fortnightly St1 and St2 learning sets and the St3 day-release course take place on Level 3 of the JR, in the George Pickering Education Centre.
